If your area is clear but the service still isn't working for you, try the troubleshooting steps on the status page or report the issue so others can see it.
How do I read the outage map?
+Each circle groups user reports from one area, and the number shows how many reports came from there over the last 7 days. Blue circles mean a few scattered reports, orange means a noticeable amount, and red means many users in that region are having problems. Click a circle to see the exact report count, and zoom in to break large clusters into smaller areas.
How often is the Blooket outage map updated?
+The map is generated every time you load the page and covers the last 7 days of activity. New reports appear right away, so during a major outage you can watch affected regions grow in real time by refreshing the page. Reports from the last 24 hours are shown individually; older activity is included as city-level totals only.
Why does the map show reports when Blooket works for me?
+Outages are often partial: a service can be down in one country or on one internet provider while working normally everywhere else. Problems can also affect only certain features — for example logins or messaging — that you may not be using at the moment. A few isolated blue markers are normal background noise; a growing red cluster is a much stronger signal of a real outage.
Where does the location data come from?
+When someone reports a problem, we estimate their approximate location from their IP address at city level. No account, GPS access or personal information is required, and reports are shown only as anonymous grouped totals per area — never as individual users.
